2. Expedited Shipping (1-2 Business Days):

Need your contact lenses in a hurry? Choose our expedited shipping option, and your order will be processed and delivered within 1 to 2 business days. This is the ideal choice for those who require their lenses quickly.

3. Overnight Shipping (Next Business Day):

For the utmost urgency, our overnight shipping option guarantees that your lenses will arrive on the very next business day after order processing. Orders must be placed before our daily cutoff time to qualify for overnight delivery.

Important Information:

All orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries. Shipping times may vary based on factors such as location, order volume, and carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order:

We provide tracking information for all shipments, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order and estimate the expected delivery date.

Contact lenses must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used contact lenses
Custom or special-order lenses
Lenses that have passed their expiration date

Return Process: If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team either through our website or by phone to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
In case of a wrong or defective product, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds and Exchanges:
