Shipping Policy

At ROSEE & Co, we aim to provide you with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Our shipping policies are categorized into three options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)

Our standard shipping option ensures that your contact lenses will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.

Expedited Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

Need your contact lenses in a hurry? Choose our expedited shipping option, and your order will be processed and delivered within 1 to 2 business days. This is the ideal choice for those who require their lenses quickly.

Overnight Shipping (Next Business Day)

For the utmost urgency, our overnight shipping option guarantees that your lenses will arrive on the very next business day after order processing. Orders must be placed before our daily cutoff time to qualify for overnight delivery.

Important Information

All orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or misdeliveries. Shipping times may vary based on factors such as location, order volume, and carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking information for all shipments, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order and estimate the expected delivery date.

Returns (U.S. Domestic Orders Only)

We accept returns for unopened, unused, unexpired contact lenses in their original, undamaged, sealed packaging (blister/vial/box seal intact) within 30 days of the order date. Opened or used lenses cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.


Eligibility Window

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of the order date.
  • Report damaged/defective or wrong items within 7 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements (Contact Lenses)

  • Seals must be intact and packaging undamaged (blister/vial/box).
  • Include all inserts, promo items, and freebies.
  • Provide clear photos of sealed packaging and visible lot/batch numbers if requested.

How to Start a Return

Email info@roseevision.com with:

  • Order number and full name
  • Item(s) to return and reason
  • Photos of unopened boxes; packaging & lot/batch numbers for issues

We will reply with next steps and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without an RMA may be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the item, packaging, and lot/batch numbers.
  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund. If we request the item back, we will cover standard return shipping.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not considered faulty.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Processing time: within 7 business days after approval (your bank may take additional time).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used items or packaging with broken seals
  • Trial/sampler packs once opened
  • Custom or special-order lenses (when noted on the product page)
  • Clearance/“Final Sale” items
  • Requests made after 30 days of the order date

Comfort issues or prescription mismatch are not eligible once packaging is opened.

Return Shipping & Packaging

  • For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Use a trackable shipping service; we cannot process returns without tracking.
  • Pack securely to avoid damage in transit; damage may result in partial refund or denial.
